Return agreed and return label generated, buyer says they haven't received it.
I'm hoping someone can help me, as I haven't had this issue before.
The buyer told me the DVD/VCR they bought from me was faulty. They requested a return, I agreed and purchased a return label from eBay.
My side of things it says: "Thanks for buying a return postage label. We've sent it to the buyer." But the buyer has told me they haven't received the return post label.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor2 weeks agoAsk the buyer to go to their purchases page and cilck on "Returns and cancelled orders" which is immediately below the "Purchases" heading. Then select "View return details" beside the item and they should see the option to "Print label".

OP2 weeks agoSo I've done that and the buyer says they can't see an option to print the label. I'm really lost on this one.
