Return accepted but I don't want to pay return postage
Summary: nicolaalexis74 listed a faulty electrical item as pick-up only, but agreed to post it at a buyer's request. The buyer later requested a refund due to a part being broken, though the item was clearly marked as faulty and for parts. nicolaalexis74 accepted the refund but is unsure about covering the return postage costs, which they hadn't anticipated paying since the item was originally meant for pick-up.
Hi, I listed a faulty and parts only electrical item for pick up only. Buyer asked me to please consider posting. I was previously asked several times but item is large a bulky. This time I decided to send by post. The buyer received item but the specific part he wanted was broken. He is asking for refund as I didn't list this as broken. (It was one of many issues with the item, which is why it was selling as faulty and parts only)
I have accepted to refund but should I also have to now pay return costs when I didn't originally want to post it?
