Question

I have cancelled an order that I never received and now it is asking me to send it back even though I have not received anything. It is telling me to send it with a postal code but what can I tell you about something that I have not received? What do I do in this case?

If you did start a return, as suggested, you can close it and you can still open a "not received" case. So close the return (if that's what it is) and then click on the More Actions dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchases list and select on "I didn't recieve it". That will open a case which you should escalate to ebay after 3 complete working days.

Did you open the wrong case, a not as described case instead of a not received case.? The thing is buyers cannot cancel, only the seller can do that so you have made a mistake somewhere.
