I sold moses basket and buyer returned it but i didn't recieved it neanderthal ebay refund the buyer .
All automated what should I do ?

If not you still have to refund, but buyer keeps item.
I am surprised you could sell that item,
Private sellers are not allowed to sell certain used baby items,
E.G. mattress.

OP2 weeks agoI bought royal mail label she post me but i didn't get it back .
Buyer no responding me . Ebay refund the buyer. No option for me because she posted e broken basket so what should do .
I wnat to contact ebay direct.
But all help on ebay is automatic.
