Mentor3 weeks agoDid you open the return case in time? If it was later than 30 days past the items last estimated date for delivery, then the case was opened too late, and would close.
If you opened a case for ' item does not fit' and the seller has a No Returns then you opened the wrong case and seller can close it.
If either of the above is the case here, you'll need to turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.
