I bought two perfumes, but both the appearance and the scent were different from what was described in the listing. I requested a return, but the seller did not accept it, and I am very upset about this situation.

Mentor3 months agoPrivate seller offering 'alternative' fragrances in various packages --- you may still be able to open an official 'Not as described' case if still within 30 days from item receipt through eBay and escalate on day 4 onwards >
