Mentor4 months agoAre you returning a faulty / not as described item?
Then, after opening a case for item not as described... Item Does Not Match Description or Photos, if after 3 days the seller does not send the required tracked return postage, escalate the case, ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
Do not close the case early no matter what the seller promises, and do not forget to escalate.
