Mentor5 months agoAll returns have to be made using proper procedure as that is only way to force a refund if seller does not cooperate.

Mentor5 months agoDid you open an eBay case for the return?
Hopefully, you entered , if not already entered, the tracking number of the item, into the case details.
As a week has passed, go back to the case details, you should see where to escalate, ask eBay to step in, do this, and eBay will force the refund.
Once eBay notify you the refund is made, being processed, then it's not instantly returned to you, and does go back to original payment source.
If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.
Paying with a debit / bank card? Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.
Credit card payment? This takes the longest, up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.

Mentor5 months agoYou need to escalate it to eBay. Go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Mentor5 months agoYou say you have retuned the item already, so hopefully you can still open a case and enter those tracking numbers.
Go right of the item sold, and select Return this item, enter the tracking numbers you have, into the case details.

OP5 months agoI have checked but not let me do anything keep saying return exist and I will receive the refund by 12/02/2026 but still I haven’t received any refund from the refund and I contacted the seller he said he hasn’t received the parcel back,
