Hi,
I received an item i didn’t order as the seller didn’t have in stock what I bought and send me a similar thing without asking if I was happy with the substitute instead. They are happy to refund after returning the items but asked me to pay for the return postage. I feel I shouldn’t as they made the mistake.
Who should pay for the return postage?

Mentor6 months agoThe seller pays. Don't worry about contacting them again just start a return on here:

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days. You will be provided with a paid-for return postage label.
