Return
Hi,
I would like to return the tyres I purchased. While starting the return process
I accidentally clicked that I no longer need to make a return, but I actually still want to return the tyres. Could you please reopen the return request for me or tell me how I can start it again?
Thank you for your help.

eBay's t&c are only in addition to, and not in substitution for yout legal consumer rights.
Your seller is a UK business seller, and is therefore required by law to accept change of mind returns. Don't expect them to be happy about this, as your mistake may have made it impossible to refund you through eBay, meaning that they will be unable to get their selling fee returned. So they will be out of pocket both for the cost of delivery to you, and for eBay's fees for the sale.
Hopefully, if you explain the situation to them they will grit their teeth and ask you to return the tyres for a refund. (You will have to pay the return postage.) If they refuse, the next step depends upon how you paid. Your payment provider, e.g. credit or debit card issuer may be able to help, especially if you paid or funded the payment from a credit card.
Ultimatlely, as they are a UK seller you could go to court to claim your statutory consumer rights (or at least any compensation you may be due of your seller refused them). Dont do this without consulting a solicitor or contacting Citizen's Advice.

·10 months agoYou will have to contact Ebay Customer Services, explain what happened and ask them if they can reopen the case.
You do only get one chance at opening a return and can't usually reopen a case you have closed, but it is worth asking.
