Hi ,
The postage label I have been sent is incorrect. I’ve tried contacting the seller and explaining this . They don’t seem to understand. I’m returning the item as it has missing parts .

Mentor1 year agoIf a return label has been sent which does not cover the size / weight of the item, you need to ask Customer Services to send you another and this, they'll charge to the seller's account.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
