Retuned parcels have been retuned back to me .
So I bought five pairs of men's shorts but where way smaller than the size stated. I have had a refund for the shorts which where £10 each but had to pay £3 postage for each pair of shorts which was taken from my refund. The parcels each state the " addressee has gone away " So the question is
what do I do with the shorts.
Is it now up to him to get in contact and "he" pays for the return postage. thanks for any help

Mentor3 months agoI would write to the seller with a sensible time frame eg 14 days, stating that if he wants his items returns he needs to provide with the cost of postage etc. if he doesn’t respond then there isn’t much else you can do. You have given him the option.
