Retract a 'dispatched' status on an item
Hello community,
I need to refund a buyer for an item - the problem is that the buyer paid and cancelled at almost the same time and ebay only highlighted the payment info and not the cancellation. Despite going ahead with the postage order I did not actually dispatch the item; so I now simply need to retract the 'dispatched' status of said item in order to be able to cancel the order.
