Restrictions on eBay
I am restricted on eBay due to changing my IP address. Please help me out so I can make purchases. I have made many purchases on eBay in the past, over £3000. I am based in Portsmouth and am a UK citizen. Due to the restrictions I have, I have to change my IP address on foreign sites. This is a bug. Please kindly fix my problem.

You do need to contact Customer Services.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
