Restricted Account.
Good morning,
Am getting the message below when am trying to bid. I only have one account and i pay for all my itesm as evident from my purchase history.
I would like help in having this resolved so i can bid for items.
''Looks like another account you use has items that weren't paid for, so we restricted your account to Buy It Now.''

Mentor1 week agoThis may well mean another account in your household has a restriction which unfortunately has led to the same being placed on yours.
Anyone in your household with an eBay account?

Mentor1 week agoYou have to try a persuade ebay that you are not associated with the other account but as they won't tell you anything about that account, that's pretty much impossible.

Mentor1 week agoHas someone used your device to log into an account at any time in the past, doesn't have to be recently, could be weeks, months ago ?
This person has to clear any non payment if current.

Mentor1 week agoI have never seen that message before. Usually when ebay associates accounts and imposes a restriction, it's a selling, not a buying, restriction.
It's extremely difficult to persuade ebay that accounts are not associated, you may have to wait until the other account's non payment strikes drop off the system before your restriction is lifted.
