resolving listings

Question

Hi I have two items I’m trying to list but have been restricted as I placed a link to the manufacturer website

I’ve tried to resolve them but nothing has happened and now the resolve button is shaded out

You can only hope it is a temporary restriction.

You are a new seller and your seller dashboard will show you how your ebay account is affected by defects. which from your feedback I am sure you have. Ebay expect no more than 2 per 100 sales, 2%, and you have nowhere near that number of sales.

You can't add link to a website, ebay think you are doing an off ebay deal. You won't be able to edit it. Use sell similar and omit Web link, you should be fine.
