Resolving a EPR Policy Violation
Summary: ma_845592 expressed frustration over EPR policy violations that resulted in their items being hidden without clear guidance on how to resolve the issue. tommystrezures suggested checking a provided link and contacting customer service, recommending persistence for a callback. Despite these efforts, ma_845592 was unexpectedly informed that their EPR issues were resolved without any action on their part, leading to a humorous comment from tommystrezures.
I have 3 items for sale and after a couple of weeks being on sale the items where flagged as violating EPR policy.
I got an email / message saying the items were hidden until the violation is resolved but the communications provide no advice or help on what it is in the listings that caused the violation, so I have no idea how to go about resolving this. The ChatBot is pretty much useless in regards to this problem.
The items for sale are an acoustic guitar, a wingfoil wing and a complete set of P90X2 DVD's.
There are plenty of similar items on sale so I don't know why these items have been flagged or what to do about it.
Any advice appreciated.

Although to be honest I don't know why the items you mention are being flagged as I am not sure they should be!
Your other option is to contact CS to get them to try and clarify (they may not actually know whats wrong) - best to always try first thing in the morning as you may get Dublin who are actually more helpful and knowledgable. Goto the help pages and find the area required eg Selling and keep typing contact agent until AI shows you the screen to get a call back.

OP1 week agoThanks for replying, I did read that link you sent, but, like you said I couldn't see why the listings violated that policy.
I'll try CS again but they just keep me going round in circles and I'm getting frustrated.

Mentor1 week agoCustomer Service can be 'iffy' ATM but persist in requesting an Agent Callback using the large blue Contact Us button at bottom of page.

OP1 week agoI got an email this morning thanking me for resolving my EPR policy violations...which was a surprise...as I didn't actually do anything to resolve the issues.
