Resolve action box greyed out
This is what I get when I hit the resolve button on my listing.
I know what thw issue is; I added a URL to the manufacture's web site to help the buyer. i am unable to resolve the issue because the 'Revise Listing' button is greyed out. I have messaged eBay, but have not got an answer, only automated replies.

Mentor1 week agoThat listing is now locked so you need to set it up again (without the link to the manufacturers website, obviously).

OP1 week agoWhen I try to set it up again, I am tols I cant set it up again because it is listed as auto relist.

Mentor1 week agoIf you're setting a brand new listing up from scratch you shouldn't see a message about auto relisting.

Mentor5 days agoThat listing is locked, so can't be removed.
So, when you call up a new listing form, try tweaking the title a bit so it's not exactly the same as the old one. If you still get that message can you screenshot it, showing exactly at what point it's appearing, and then post it here please?
