Hello, I want you to help me return the shoes you are writing about. They are brand new with a box, but they arrived in a dirty condition inside and are very painful inside. I want to return them today. I found human hair fluff inside and I want to return them today, but no one is answering me.

Mentor3 weeks agoFind the item on your purchases list, then go to the dropdown menu arrow on the right of it and open a return using the reason "Item didn't match description". If necessary escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you've received an item that doesn't match the description or photos you need to open an eBay return to get a full refund. The seller pays for the return postage label, they have 3 business days to issue one or you can get eBay to step in.
