resolution problem

Question

Ive had a case closed not in my favour saying I hadnt given them tracking details but they were on there as I purchased the label through ebay. The tracking shows delivered but I am now out of pocket. when i try to speak to an agent it says live chat is not available when i click on that item. Is this true or are they avoiding me. really unhappy with ebay - been selling for 20 years and am a business seller
