Requesting refund for clothing they wore
Item ( clothing) sold with the manufacturer’s certification, buyer wore the clothing, damaged and claiming it’s not as described and asking for a refund What to do? Please help

Mentor4 days agoAs a properly registered seller you would have to accept returns for any reason, but would have the benefit of being able to refuse the refund based on condition goods we’re in when returned.
Private sellers only have one option, refund in full and if appropriate complain to ebay after refund, not that it will get any money back.

You also need to upgrade to business as you are selling all new items.
