Request for a return declined.

Question

I ordered a tap and requested to return it as I did not read the description properly so said reason was no longer needed, seller declined return, on further looking at the tap noticed other parts missing and incorrect parts supplied that aren't compatible.

Now Ebay say I cannot dispute it because case is closed!!!

Can't contact Ebay either because you only get ai

You only get one chance with ebay. Did you buy from a business or private seller as a business seller cannot refuse a return, within the time frame allowed.

eBay won't get involved with this, and I don't believe that you'll be able to issue a chargeback via your card provider given that you've already tried to return it as no longer needed.
