Request eBay Support for item received that does not match the advertisement
Seller has falsely advertised an item Digital Photo Frame as 2k 64GB and one received 1280x800 with 16GB storage. Unfortunately return time have elapsed as it was bought for a gift and not opened on time... What are my options aside leaving "positive" feedback to the store for the future buyers as a warning. Thank you in advance.

Mentor1 month agoYou have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay, same for PayPal.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback. Can you still do that?
