request a replacement blind
This message and uploaded picture was first sent on Wednesday 5 August 2026 but I have not heard anything.
Received my parcel today 5 August 2026 at time 18:40pm. The box is damaged and 18 inches of the blind is bent. The courier left it by the wall standing up and had left my garden, walking up the path towards his car/van before I could reject it.
Please could you send me a replacement blind.

You need to follow the process for a refund, under eBay's 30 day MBG Open a case citing ' damaged in transit'.
Do not ask for a replacement, because if that is faulty or damaged too, you cannot receive another refund.
