Reporting possible fraudulent listing

A new seller is currently selling what they have titled a 'Switch 2' but is actually an OLED switch for slightly less that the current prices for an Switch 2. The picture in the advert shows both a Switch 2 and OLED switch. To me this advert whiffs of trying to con a purchaser into buying an OLED Switch rather than a Switch 2 but for Switch 2 money. Is there a simple way to report this for further investigation or will the purchaser just have to try their luck when they receive the item?

Mentor1 week agoEbay relies on the buyer using the ebay money back guarantee for protection.

Mentor1 week agoeBay will not take any action from a message as this could be coming from a competitor or a disgruntled customer.
One way to report this, is to contact the manufacturer with those details, and they can , if they wish, contact eBay who would then remove the items or the seller, if they are selling these in quantities, from their site permanently.
