Reporting non paying bidders.
Can you actually report someone for not paying for items the have won?
Can't send and invoice as it says only eBay can do it,and when we go to report them the specific reason "not paying for items won" isn't given as a reason to report.
Leave feedback is advice we are given but just want to know if non payment of items is actually a reportable reason?
Thanks.

Mentor1 month agoDon't be tempted to leave feedback for a non-payer - it can only be positive and will enable them to remove the strike they receive.
Set your Buyer Requirements to block bidders with two or more non-payment strikes in the last 12 months and add them to your Blocked Buyer List with this link:

Mentor1 month agoYou wait four days, then you goto the order, click cancel and use the reason buyer did not pay. They get a strike on their account. More than two in a year will make it very difficult for them to buy on the platform, as many sellers have their setting set at no more than two unpaids. In the mean time do not keep sending payment reminders, everytime you do this it refreshes the four day period.
