OP3 weeks agoItem number 307079529170 is totally illegal to sell in this way. You have to have a EPP licence

It is an offence to supply any regulated substances to a member of the public if they do not hold a valid EPP licence issued by the Home Office. The maximum penalty is 2 years’ imprisonment, a fine, or both.
This item has been reported numerous times and has had national press coverage countless times. How is eBay still allowing it

Mentor3 weeks agoEverything is wrong about this - aside from not selling that product, that seller should be a registered business seller anyway. Those orders will be sent out via eBay's Simple Delivery too, which doesn't allow hazardous goods. I will raise this with eBay, but you can try too.
I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
