Reporting a fraud
Summary: davidg9042 expressed frustration about receiving a used Karcher pressure washer that was listed as new. I purchased a "NEW" Karcher pressure washer. Upon delivery the genuine box looked tatty and used.
It still had the white banding so i wen and opened the box. On unpacking it was quite plain that this had been used.
The carboard wax squashed and rolled under , torn and there are marks on the machine and accessories that tells the same story of the packaging.
On inspection of the main body the left side wheel is damaged and squint. From what i could see the side where the wheel is attached is broken.
I have sent the seller pictures of the damage and have told that this had been used before. All i got back after taking the time to take a lot of photos, the seller asking for photographs.
I want to report this as fraud. I bought this in good faith as the advert was listed as brand new.
Can someone give me a heads up before going to eBay with this.

MentorAug 18, 2026 at 4:44 PMYou can't report it as fraud. To get a full refund you need to open an eBay return and select "Doesn't match description or photos" as the reason. The seller will then to pay for a returns label.
You can also leave appropriate feedback once this has been done and dusted.
