Mentor6 months agoOnly if the seller says you can.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection is for 30 days, as is PayPal's.
If you paid with a debit or credit card you normally have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback, after 5 months you're past that now too.
If it was a lot of money you may want to take legal advice.
