replacement not forthcoming
My item arrived damaged and opened. I contacted the seller with photos of the damage and they replied offering refund or replacement. but despite having contacted them twice more, asking about the replacement, I have heard nothing. there doesn't seem to be a way to ask ebay about this.

select "Arrived damaged" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
