Send the seller a message to send you a feedback revision to complete.
They could actually ask for it to be removed themselves as the feedback mentions a refund, but ask for that revision, I'm sure they'd be very happy to send this.

You must think about leaving negatives, seller can only post that cannot prevent loss in post, and in any case if it was a private seller that is what you pay ebay for, protection against loss. Ebay refunds, not the seller
