Removing auto payment and despatch on winning a bid/offer

I would like to know if it is possible to turn off auto-payment when winning a bid or offer? I am not sure how I got it set up in the first place but sometimes, I would prefer to use a different payment method or delivery/pick up address.

It's the seller who sets whether or not they require immediate payment.
