I could never find the right location to get rid of a bad unjust review
Seller cancelled my order without my permission because the auction didnt reach the price they wanted. Stay far away from this seller.
this review here is a lie, and there is evidence that they themselve spoke off to prove it

I believe this to be a scam, I do not know any Katie
and it's not fair for me to ship it to someone else to them ship to them
so I cancelled the order after this message that was all

thank you, I think that's the evidence needed! It saddens me to have a bad review for something that isn't true nor fair.
Also I did message about this some months ago, and your colleague tried to direct me to a place where I could get this reviewed but I honestly couldn't find it. And this has played on my mind ever since.

And as you can see just after cancelling it, not even 25 minutes later I received a message saying that a negative review had been left on eBay and for no apparent reason, discord?

Mentor2 months agoThat comment is far too old to be removed,the item sold last November and feedback can only be removed in the first 30 days, at least it wont count in your ratings score after 12 months are over

Mentor2 months agoI'm afraid I cannot follow this! It is bad practice for seller to cancel a sale for any reason but - sadly - there is nothing that can be done. You mention that you spoke to "colleagues" but we are members like you and have no "eBay colleagues"! We advise other members from our vast cumulative experience/knowledge but have no power to actually change anything.
Sellers cannot [or should not be able to] leave -ve feedback. It may simply be that you were too late to get anything done.
