Mentor5 months agoIf there was a Click & Collect option on that listing for you to select at checkout, you would need to have selected it at checkout, it can't be auto selected. It would be easy to accidentally select it though.
So, when you checked the order it was showing the Click & Collect address?
Can you collect your package?

OP5 months agoI am the buyer paying for 24hr delivery and Royal Mail have forwarded the delivery to some Pickup / Drop Off location i have not even agreed to ...

Go into your Purchase History and open the order, check the delivery address showing for it. Is it your home or does it show a different one?

the delivery address is correct BUT the other option to collect has been used by the Post Office in error , I wanted to remove this altogether so as this recurring problem does not happen again ...

Mentor5 months agoThat really shouldn't happen. Royal Mail would not redirect a parcel addressed to a home address.
Perhaps they have tried to deliver and have now taken it back to the local Royal Mail delivery office for you to collect from there? They should have left a red card telling you this.
