Removal of item by ebay

Hello, so I have listed a Sterling silver bookmark with eyeglass which eBay have removed under their bladed item policy but there are plenty for sale on ebay? My item isn't even pointed as many are for sale. I have appealed the decision but I am not getting a response. I'm going around in circles with automated nonsense. Any ideas? Thanks Paul
