I printed a postage label for my item. The buyer wanted it to be delivered by hand as it was expensive and delicate. we arranged to meet half way and hand over. He paid through ebay but the funds are now stuck as the postage label was never used so it is showing and not posted nor delivered. how do i now get my funds which are on hold? thank you
