Rejected cancellation for a collection purchase

Hi, I purchased a collection-only monitor today for £66.22 and immediately realised I would not be able to collect it. I requested a cancellation shortly after purchase, but the seller declined. The item has not been collected, the collection code has not been used, and the order still shows collection pending. I would like eBay to review the transaction and advise on my options for obtaining a refund.

Give it a few days then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
