Reimburse a seller
Hi,
Does anyone know how to reimburse a seller please.
I got a refund for item not received but it eventually got delivered.
I would like to reimburse the seller as I do not want to return it.
Does anyone know how to go about this please.

Mentor5 months agoIf it was private seller using simple delivery, ebay would have refunded you,
Seller still kept his money.

Mentor5 months agoThe eBay case closed with the refund so you now have to refund outside eBay.
Message the seller and see which method suits you best, repayment by cheque, bank transfer or a PayPal Friends and Family payment or PP invoice for you to pay.
If PayPal is used, email addresses need to be exchanged, this can sometimes be found with the order details >> Show Contact Info. If not and you need to ask the seller for this, make it very, very clear in your eBay messages, as eBay do read these, the reason for these exchanges. Make it clear it's not to be used for an off eBay sale.
