Refusal of appeal
I have not received my order I asked for it to be delivered to my local shop as my address is un safe it tells me its been delivered but the hop hasn't received it so can't pick it up but ebay said it show its been delivered so they denied to refund me so have to appeal
Done that but there still telling me the case is closed what should I do
