Mentor3 months agoIf the item was a guaranteed eBay refurbished one, there's a link on the email you received when you bought the item that you can use to make a claim.
Has it been more than 120 days?

OP3 months agoI bought it November, returned it in December then got it back the end of January. Been trying to contact them again since mid march. There isn't a linking the email. Also the links the provided in the chats always come up saying page not found
