refunds not credited
I raised an issue with Ebay a week ago about refunds on three recent orders I made that have not been credited to my balance even though it says it was refunded. The ebay person acknowledged the issue and said it would be resolved ... but it hasnt been. I dont seem to be able to get to speak to a human who can resolve. Any ideas welcome.

Mentor2 weeks agoRefunds go back to source and time taken depends of payment method. Using a debit card about 7 days, a credit card up to 30 days. Paypal is the fastest. Ebay’s standard advice is unfortunately misleading.
