REFUNDS DIFFERENT TO RETURNS

ebay kept the funds from 2 sales
I am in the middle of sending the correct items to the customers as requested by them..
ebay now want me to make a refund, but I dont have the funds so I can not make a refund even if I wanted to.
neither customer has requested a refund, as they wanted correct item and they are on the way, they requested a return labels not refunds

There isn't a way to send replacements if returns have been opened and labels issued - you need to get your items back, refund and then if the buyers still want their items you relist them and they can re-purchase. If you've sent them you're a little stuck because as soon as the return label tracking shows as delivered eBay will expect you to refund, or will take a refund from your funding source.
