Refunds
I purchased an item back in December 2025. The item has broken seller has kindly offered me a refund. But this cannot go through eBay because of the length of time. I asked for a bank transfer but it's not happening and they keep asking me for my PayPal account number. I guess this is not going to happen is it? Thanks Kay

Mentor1 week ago · EditedYou are way out of time as far as ebay or payment provider claims are concerned so the seller is not under any actual pressure to refund. If they're offering that's a good sign. Paypal would be your best bet. You would need to give them the email address you use with your Paypal account.
