Refunds
"I sold one item for £5.59, which shows as my total funds. I then cancelled another order for £9.35 before shipping it. The buyer has been refunded, but my available balance is now £0 while my total funds still show £5.59. Can you explain why my available balance is £0 and when my £5.59 will become available?

Mentor2 weeks agoRefunds are taken from your balance or funding source but you keep the payment when it clears.
