EBay have refunded a buyer but I can’t find any information ? Does this mean I still get paid? I’m just wondering how to find out why so as to avoid future errors

Mentor11 months agoIf simple delivery was used and item was lost or damaged in transit ebay refund buyer and seller keeps payment.
