Refunding buyer
Sold an item collection only for £15, buyer didn’t read the advert properly and wants a refund, no problem with that but £14.46 coming from my funds and they want me to add card details to pay 54p myself.
why’s that, I have done nothing wrong.

·11 months agoAfter you have refunded the buyer, the payment they made will be released to you.
It's the way the site works - there can be a gap between repaying money and receiving money.

Mentor11 months agoIf there is not enough in your ebay account to do the refund ebay needs to take the balance from somewhere else.
