How do I go about refunding a buyer who requested a cancellation, but has had the request denied and closed due to 'item has already been dispatched'? I actually still have the item; eBay didn't ask me if it was shipped because they go by whether I've downloaded the shipping label (I had), and they mark it as dispatched! But they went ahead and denied the request anyway, without thinking of contacting me. Help greatly appreciated....
