Refunding a buyer
Any ideas how to cancel an order and refund a buyer? I'm stuck in an endless loop of refunding, signing in, then back to the homepage - and nothing happens. Can anyone help? Thx

When you use the drop down menu to cancel a sale the refund is automatic. However if money has not yet been released or there are insufficient funds available the balance would come from your bank account.
