Refunding a buyer

Question

I want to refund a buyer, due to a fault with the item I sold them, but the Ebay system will only allow me to refund the purchase price. Clearly as a responsible seller I want to refund the postage he paid initially and the postage to return the item to me. How do I do that with the restriction Ebay has put in the way?

Ask the buyer tomopen a return case 'item doesn't match description'You can then accept the return and issue an eBay label, you then refund after the item is returned
