Refunding a buyer
I am needing help to refund a buyer they received the incorrect item on delivery. They are not willing to post item back to me the seller. But are looking for a refund on purchase I don't know how to do this on ebay. Thank yoj for any advice. I can't find an option to contact Ebay

Mentor2 months agoBuyer opens item not as described case, you issue returns label and refund on return.
This is what ebay will tell buyer.
If you don't want item back, refund through case.
